The positive of playing football in the 45B’s age division is that we are still able to participate at this age, with or without any injuries.

The adrenalin is still there to enjoy the sport we play, whether we are still skillful, fit or partly fit. We are playing with & against men of the same age & hopefully we will ALL be able to play for a few more years.

Also when playing sport for our age division mate ship is very important. The people you meet become your friend & we celebrate or commiserate after each game.
